Hi! I was wondering if I could use this pattern to make and sell plush dolls?
CrispyCrayon Featured By Owner Mar 8, 2016
Question to anyone who's successfully made this:
What kind of thread did you use? I tried to make one, but while I was sewing on the head the thread broke D:
So I'm wondering if I should be using a thicker thread or something?

that's so cute, I would want to try it (do i need to give credits for using this tutorial to make one?
Pastry-bunny Featured By Owner Mar 11, 2015  Student Digital Artist
oh and btw, it's really cute. but theres a part i didn't understand. Did you left the needles inside purposely? :)
shadow-of-doubtful Featured By Owner May 4, 2015
The reason for the needles in the body or head is so that the fabric pieces don't move apart as you are sewing them before you stuff them. As soon as you finish the stitching, you remove the needles before turning it inside out so that you can begin the stuffing process.

CyanCylinder Featured By Owner Jun 25, 2014
When you want to put the eyes, is it easier to attach them before or after you stuff it @.@
just asking because I'm just a beginner :3
Kyarameru-Ouji Featured By Owner Jun 26, 2014
im sort of a beginner too!
when making this, i found that sewing them before you stuff should be much easier because i had a bit of trouble doing it after stuffing it.
and since i already sewed the flaps together i couldnt go back and take out the stuffing so i had to glue them on
CyanCylinder Featured By Owner Jul 25, 2014
your right omg!!!
Liacri Featured By Owner Jun 24, 2014  Hobbyist Writer

so are the eyes glued on or sewn in?
catstiel99 Featured By Owner Jul 11, 2014  Hobbyist Writer
(not the creator of the tutorial but just thought I'd drop in) I think the best way would be to sew the eyes on. It would probably work better than glue and be much more secure. :3

Do you have to use buttons? They kinda remind me of the movie Coraline D:

Luckystonez Featured By Owner Jan 1, 2014  Hobbyist Artist…   Finnaly i finished, i added the head to the body in the template i traced (the printer isn't working) and used a glue gun. which made it a lot easier because no matter what I'm SO BAD at sewing.
Luckystonez Featured By Owner Jan 1, 2014  Hobbyist Artist
